How We Partner

  1. Start with a free 15-minute call (or in person, if we're nearby): We start with a conversation about where you need support and whether I'm the right person to help.

  2. From there, we'll figure out what makes sense: Some people need one focused session before a big interview. Others want ongoing support through a full career pivot. Once I understand what you're working with, I'll walk you through options and pricing that fit the scope.

    You'll get a proposal with suggested paths: (sent within 48 business hours)

    • A single 1-hour session: A focused, standalone support for a specific moment or immediate goal (an interview, a decision, a conversation you're prepping for). You’ll leave with feedback, an actionable game plan, and follow-up email support ( up to 1 business week after our meeting) to execute with confidence.

    • Two 1-hour sessions: Two focused sessions dedicated entirely to mastering a single core topic, whether that's story refinement, promotion strategy, or interview prep. You’ll get structured execution, HR guidance, and async email support (up to 1 business week after second meeting) to lock in your strategy, with the option to add additional single sessions as needed.

    • Career Planning/Accelerator: A 6-session program built to map out your career strategy. Choose 2 core focus areas, from clarifying your next step and telling a sharp story, to building a networking plan, prepping for interviews, or timing your next promotion. Across six structured sessions, we’ll map your growth strategy, refine your positioning with key guidance, and give you an actionable roadmap to execute with confidence.( 6 Sessions + Email support throughout & up to 2 business weeks after last meeting)

  3. Proposals hold for one week
    Given limited availability, pricing and scheduling in your proposal are held for 5 business days. If it’s a right fit, payment is due to hold your spot before it opens back up.
