She holds a PHR certification and an MBA, and brings a genuine love of learning that keeps her current as the field evolves. Her expertise is rooted in California HR, and she's built compliant People Ops foundations that work across all 50 states.

Recently, she's supported VC-backed startups through their earliest, fastest-moving stages, partnering with tech companies from Series A through Series C. In hospitality, she helped build a culture that landed the company on Glassdoor's list of top 5 employers and put the HR team among the "Top 20 HR Teams Worldwide." In manufacturing, she built foundational HR processes from the ground up.
